Please allow 2-4 business days processing time for all orders (Excludes Saturdays and Sundays).

Product Availability

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our representatives and your order may be placed on backorder until we hear from you. Make sure you provide us with a valid phone number where you can easily be reached. Your phone number will be used solely for that purpose.

Order Cancellation

As these are handmade instruments, orders once placed can not be cancelled.

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases

You can return any item up to 10 days after purchase. It must be in the same condition as it was in when purchased. After examination, we will refund you the instrument price minus a 10% restocking fee. If we decide there is an actual defect in the instrument we will refund you the amount you paid.

Return Policy for Mail Order Purchases

You can return any item up to 10 days after the date it is confirmed to have been delivered by the shipping courier. It must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped out. After examination, we will refund you the instrument price minus a 10% restocking fee. You must pay the shipping both ways.

Our packaging is superb and most likely your item will be received in perfect condition. If the item has tuning or other cosmetic issues, please let us know and we will help you resolve it over a video call.

In the rare case you receive an item which is damaged or defective, please inform us immediately and retain photos and/or videos of the unboxing, including outer packaging (before opening the instrument), as well as photos and/or videos of the damage to the item or the defect. Once we receive the item and examine it, if we decide there is actual damage or defect in the instrument, we will refund you the amount in full plus any shipping you paid. You must notify us within 10 days of the date it is confirmed to have been delivered by the shipping courier to be offered a refund.

Sales are final on used or consignment instruments.

3. When we receive the product/s we will check the instrument to understand the condition of the item

4. We will refund you the balance owed to you after talking to you

5. We will refund you via the website, Paypal, check or your credit card (whichever preferable). You should receive the refund within 5-7 days once we send it
